Vehicle Description Here is one of the nicest 1982 Trans Ams you'll find.
PHS documents on hand.
Only 14,409 miles! Completely original (except for the tires and a new AC compressor) Paint and Interior have been untouched.
The engine the rare 5.
0 TBI Cross Fire Injection V8.
This engine was only available in the Trans Am for one year.
It was normally found in the Corvettes from what I can gather.
The AC and Heater work.
AC Delco works, power locks and windows work.
I have the owner's manual and a few other pieces of paper besides the PHS docs.
Car comes complete with original 15 turbo cast wheels, original (stored) Goodyear Eagle II tires and hard to find bowling ball wheel covers.
The Trans Am comes with the retractable cargo cover.
Zero tears on any of the upholstery.
The dash pad is original - thus the cracks.
There are some minor paint chips, lower window rubber cracked as well as some surface rust on front window pillar and rear hatchback trim has some paint chips.
It has a small transmission fluid leak, but that about it.
It was purchased brand new for a gentlemen's wife who sadly passed away a few years after buying the car new.
The car sat in New Mexico from 1985 to roughly 2020.
When a friend of mine bought it, then in 2022 I purchased it from him.
