In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. Salary Ranges includes local market supplement This is a GG-13 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-13 duties for the Professional work category are at the Full Performance work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-13 level. Experience:
Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include:
Mastery of and skill in applying a comprehensive range of intelligence research, collection methods, dissemination applications and methodologies that includes the evaluation of diverse sources of information utilizing multiple intelligence information systems in order to develop intelligence capability and threat assessments. Amasses and reviews in detail intelligence data using multi-source expertise from either regional or functional background /training to current and operational intelligence missions. Note:

Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Expert level knowledge and experience in SIGINT and intelligence operations with a knowledge of operational and tactical intelligence systems, both DoD and LE, in order to be able to advise the JISE Chief, JTF-N J2, ARNORTH G2 and NORTHCOM J2. 2. Thorough knowledge of a wide range of concepts, principles, and practices in SIGINT (e.g., COMINT, ELINT, FIS INT) in order to function as subject matter expert. Thorough knowledge of a wide range of concepts, principles, and practices in intelligence research, intelligence operations (e.g., multi-mode collection methods and systems), intelligence analysis, and intelligence production in order to function as technical advisor. 3. Working knowledge and experience in the capabilities and interoperability with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems, databases and software. 4. Comprehensive knowledge of criminal/threat geography, operator characteristics and communications procedures. 5. Expert knowledge of the intelligence community mission, functions, and capabilities. 6. Expert knowledge of governing United States signals intelligence directives. 7. Thorough knowledge of security procedures concerning the classification and releasability of information. 8. Knowledge of military intelligence disciplines, functions and procedures, both doctrinal and experienced based. Highly effective analytical, research, verbal and written communication skills in order to create high-quality finished intelligence or products, present and defend activity positions, serve as command representative at inter -and-intra-agency meetings. 9. Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing, using proper English grammar, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation necessary to write requests for ISR support and responses to requests for intelligence targets of interest. 10. Cultural awareness, understanding and appreciation of the interests and behaviors of diverse stakeholders and their environments, cross-cultural interpersonal sensitivity. PART-TIME OR UNPAID

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
