Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes assisting in counseling personnel on benefits, scheduling appointments, assisting in advising personnel in all phases of a medical evaluation process, and using automation equipment to update databases. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). OR Education:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or JD (Juris Doctor) with a major of study in hospital administration, public health administration, or related fields such as business or public administration with course work in health care administration. OR Combination of Education or
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then, divide the total number of graduate education (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
