Under direct supervision, prepares and cooks food for children in larger or branch child development programs. Utilizes recipes, menus, proper measurements and mixtures; and follows established food services guidelines and USDA standards. Trains and oversee assignments of Assistant Cook(s).
Qualified candidates must have a High school graduate or equivalent required. One (1) year institutional food service experience required; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
