Payroll Specialist
We're searching for a Payroll Specialist who is a detail oriented, extremely organized self starter to join the Finance team. This individual will be responsible for processing the payroll for all employees, provide support for payroll accounting and distribute accurate reporting around all payroll related processes.
Key
Responsibilities:
Partner with Human Resource and Finance to ensure efficient payroll operations
Process and close periodic payrolls providing support for proper review
Manage commission and bonus payments
Process employee garnishments, tax levy, and misc. requests
Collect and manage timekeeping information, including vacation, sick, etc.
Print and issue manual paychecks
Manage multi state payroll taxes deposits and filings
Process and issue annual W-2 forms to employees
Execute various secure data feeds to off-site benefits and third-party administration vendors for 401(k) and any other benefit providers
Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for payroll processes
Provide research and analysis as necessary for payroll variances
Interface with various individuals, departments and agencies to answer questions, resolve issues, provide required reports, obtain and share information related to payrollEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
