EVENT ASSISTANT NEEDED ASAP AT PRIVATE LOCAL FIRM
Looking for Full Time Marketing and Advertising Assistant- Approximately 35-45 hours per week. This person will assist in the creation and execution of our on-site promotional advertising events and any other marketing and advertising materials required by our clientele for the events.
Necessary Skills:
Must be a reliable, organized, energetic person who can manage deadlines with positive attitude.
Must be able to juggle a large number of requests from multiple associates in a fast-paced environment.
Must have sales, marketing, customer service, event or related experience
Excellent typing and proofreading skills.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Promotional Marketing or Advertising experience is a plus
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
