POSITION SUMMARY The purpose of this position Senior Specialist for the cross-cultural & languages ( trilingual ) training for the Japanese expatriates from the Yazaki Corporation in Japan is:
-To support the timely execution of the bilingual training mainly designed for the expatriates of new assignment into the operations ( MEX and NIC ) -To improve the current training process ( preparation, execution, review, etc.
) which should be standardized and implemented DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -Conduct Pre- analysis ( personal and professional ) related to expatriates new assignment -Conduct Pre Assessments ( Languages skills evaluation ) through, Conference calls, interviews, meetings with expatriate and with the local management of assignment in MEX / NIC ( with YC, YUS, and YNA ) -Detection and specification regarding cultural & language(s) needs in accordance and aligned with updated corporate objectives and policies and with the local management of assignment -Design Customized learning program partnering with the ESL (In house training service ) and Host Country management -Training program execution and periodic follow-up ( review, daily and weekly revision, learning progress monitoring, changes and adjustments of the training curriculum based on the learning progress for each expatriate ) -Host Family Selection Bilingual ( English predominant or Spanish predominant ) definition, preparation, follow-up, and review -Reporting ( Create & Present reports to address findings, improvements proposal, procedures / process, working instructions, etc.
) -Administration tasks ( support payment of invoices, accounting, clerical and administrative duties as required ) -Student personal support during the stay in ELP for the training -Other activities ( Corporate vehicle preparation, banking issues, immigration ( US, MEX, other countries) issues MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 5
years in manufacturing ( Automobile industry
W/H, Components, Instruments, Cable, etc.
) and related experience and/or Degree - Bachelor s degree in related field MIN:
