Job
Summary:
Performs both application development and system administration duties for Microsoft SharePoint. Assists the Network Administrator team with projects and support as time permits. Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SharePoint sites and solutions. Collaborates with various departments to understand their requirements and translates them into effective SharePoint solutions. Responsible for managing the quality, timeliness, operations and cost effectiveness of SharePoint application development efforts, while also overseeing network administration tasks such as configuring and maintaining SharePoint network infrastructure, managing user accounts and access permissions, monitoring network performance, and ensuring network security and compliance with policies and standards.

Experience:
Three years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator or Developer developing solutions in SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019, and/or SharePoint Organizer; including experience in a network administration role.
Proven experience in SharePoint development, customization, and administration. Proficiency in SharePoint Design, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and other SharePoint development tools. Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, including site hierarchy, content types, metadata, and search functionality. Experience with SharePoint migration, upgrade, and hybrid environments. Strong background and knowledge in PowerShell, Web Services, Java, VB, VB.Net, HTML, XML, and MS SQL Server and other supporting technologies.
License/Registration/Certification:
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD), CompTIA Project
Certification, CompTIA Network+, CIW Site Development Associate Certification, EC-Council Certified Secure Programmer (ECSP) for SharePoint preferred.
Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.

- Comprehensive knowledge of networking concepts and computing infrastructures
- Ability to setup and configure server hardware
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills are required.
- Proficient in creative problem solving and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a consultative manner (prior consulting experience a plus).
- Must be self-motivated, analytical, a good troubleshooter and goal oriented.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
