Summary:

The Cardiac Services Director plans, organizes and manages the operation of the Diagnostic Cardiac Services Department.
Recommends, develops, implements, and evaluates goals, objectives, policies, and procedures related to diagnostic imaging; provides staff support to higher-level management; and selects, trains, and supervises clinical, technical, and clerical staff.
Prepares and maintains department budgets.
Leads in the development and monitoring of department specific systems and in the coordination of activities that improve the quality of patient care of the department.

Work
Experience:

Five years of management experience in a related field with a strong background in Diagnostic Cardiac Services required.
Experience with IAC Standards & Guidelines for Echocardiography Accreditation process preferred.

License/Registration/Certification:

American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT); or

Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB); or

American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) required

Medical Radiological Technologist (MRT) required for Radiology, CT or Nuclear Medicine.

Current CPR required.

Education and Training:

Associate's degree of Applied Sciences in related field required.

Bachelor's degree in related field required.

Master's degree required.

Develop, evaluate, and maintain accurate record-keeping systems, prepare complex and detailed written reports, procedures, and contracts.

Communicate effectively with administrative, medical, professional, and clinical staff and citizen groups

Work cooperatively with other University Medical Center and County departments, public and private organizations, including public and private medical providers.

13.
Train staff and coordinate activities of contractors, volunteer groups and staff, as appropriate

Work tactfully, sympathetically, and effectively with various typed and conditions of patients.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
