We are partnered with an area-recognized and established construction company that is actively looking to add a proven Masonry Foreman to their growing team! They have a great reputation and believe strongly in supporting the growth of their employees and are dedicated to maintaining an outstanding work culture.

Job Duties of Masonry Foreman:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the company with both clients and the construction team as needed.
  • Must have 8 years of Commercial Construction.
  • Blueprint reading, specification reading, and layout/survey proficiency.
  • Ability to build relationships and possess a hard work ethic.
  • Direct and oversee project schedules and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
  • Establish and implement job procedures and techniques to ensure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery.
  • Provide clients with value-engineered solutions when applicable.
  • Expected to travel 1 to 2 hours within the Charlotte area.
  • Manage project deliverables.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
