Creating a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel genuinely seen and cared for Being an expert on the Savage Goods menus:
breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, drinks, beer, wine, baked goods, custom orders Packaging baked goods according to quality standards Making espresso drinks and house coffee that consistently meets Savage Goods' standards for quality, efficiency, and accuracy Work quickly and efficiently -- meeting needs and completing tasks with urgency Managing time efficiently to satisfactorily complete checklist items, while prioritizing the customer experience The ideal Front of House team member:
Has an engaging, warm, and clear communication style Is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our guests, exceeding their expectations at every opportunity Is eager to work within systems to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency Is curious and eager to continually learn, grow, and improve Has a desire to help where needed and to work as part of a team Is able and willing to work hard and create something great together Is able to work on their feet for 8 hours Job Types:
