Looking for a friendly and highly motivated receptionist for a busy pediatric office.
Candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Job Description:
The Medical Receptionist position is an integral part of our medical team.
Duties include greeting patients, answering and directing calls, scheduling appointments, and explaining financial requirements to patients and collecting copays.
The Medical Receptionist will work closely with other departments within the medical office as well as with our outside vendors.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and colleagues.
Must be able to multi-task and work in fast pace environment.
