The Dispatcher is responsible for assisting Operations to support drivers of our fast-paced organization efficiently and effectively.
We are looking for individuals who are available to work a flexible workweek which would include some night and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities:
Communicates in a clear and consistent manner with high integrity both internally and externally.
Manages drivers during extended coverage shifts.
Ensures that accurate data enters company computer systems.
Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines using available tools and resources.
Works with team members to solve problems.
Provides clear work instructions to drivers.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong customer service skills.
Proficient communicator in both English and Spanish language.
Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or listen.
