Oversees Recreational Specialists' hours worked, shifts worked, and duties performed.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks/duties.
Essential Functions of the Position Responsible for submitting and directing daily work functions for leads and staff.
Directing trainees in leisure-time recreation/non-vocational activities and leadership programs.
Assists in organization and implementation of the recreational/non-vocational programs and encourage trainees' participation.
Orders and issues materials, supplies, films, and game equipment upon Supervisor's review and approval.
Develops and operates weekly game activities.
Assists in center sponsored trips and events.
Coaches' teams engaged in on and off-center activities.
Assists trainees in drama and other creative activities.
Helps train trainees in recreational/non-vocational aide program.
Ensures that all programs comply with Department of Labor requirements.
Will support and enforce the RRST QC/Safety's program with all directed guidance.
Understand and comply with all Performance Work Statement requirements.
Will resume Lead duties in his/her absence.
All other relevant duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities Directs Staff and Leads on-site in daily routine work functions Oversees OTE Recreational Specialists and OTE Recreational Specialist Lead positions.
Monitors employee performance, training, development, and recognition.
Creates work schedules and keeps team members informed of mission report times.
Ensures all tasks are performed in a timely and accurate manner according to set policy and standard.
Will be responsible for timecard completion and verification.
Ensures all employees are compliant with Company policies and procedures.
Physical Demands Required to walk, stand, sit and move about the property for long periods of time.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Noise level can range from minimal to intense.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Valid driver's license and ability to maintain post driving privileges.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Must have warehouse experience.
Associates of Arts degree in relevant field, or one year's experience working with youth Must have a CDL license or obtain one within 90 days.
Ability to obtain lifeguard certification as required.
Security Requirements Must be a US Citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a CAC, to include network access.
