91 an hour A Collections Service Representative (CSR) serves as a liaison between the member and the Credit Union.
Works independently with limited supervision in a high volume in-bound and/or outbound call center.
Responds to and resolves member inquiries, problems, and/or complaints while maintaining member relations.
A CSR creates a memorable member experience through their professional interactions and commitment to the Credit Union's Service Promises.
Perform collection activity on past due accounts for consumer auto loans, credit cards and/or overdraft accounts.
Ensures that actions are properly documented, and records and files appropriately maintained.
Reviews delinquent accounts determines Credit Union position and, as circumstances indicate directs and assists legal counsel in collections proceedings.
Ensures the Credit Union's professional image is well maintained.
Collection Service Representative I Responsible for assisting the Collection Department in processing daily work and will perform essential duties such as processing daily mail, repossession assignments, filing warranty and SGI claims and other duties necessary for the efficient operations of the department.
Performs a variety of task and may assist with performing collection activity on past due accounts for consumer auto loans and credit card portfolio.
Collection Service Representative I EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One (1) year of customer service experience OR One (1) year call center experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
