Job duties include phone answering / routing calls / taking messages, photocopying, filing documents, computer inputting, using excel and word processing software to prepare spreadsheets and letters, other miscellaneous office tasks.
Ability to utilize Powerpoint and other office productivity software.
Distribution of invitations to bid to various subcontractors and suppliers.
Prepare documentation for various solicitations, RFP's and bids.
Management of construction drawings within electronic system Processing and keeping track of certified payrolls for various subcontractors on multiple jobs.
Qualifications Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, perform under pressure, and manage multiple deadlines independently.
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
Exceptional client service skills and professional demeanor and appearance.
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.
Flexibility and willingness to learn.
Strong work ethic.
Fluent in Spanish, a plus.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
