The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, a deep understanding of e-commerce strategies, and a flair for crafting compelling digital content.
Responsibilities:
Product Management:
Upload new products to the website with accurate descriptions, details, and high-quality photos.
Ensure all product listings are optimized for SEO to increase visibility and sales.
Content Creation:
Develop and implement a content calendar for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
), including posts that highlight our products, promotions, and events.
Creativity in photography and videography to showcase our products in the best light is essential.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, sales, and events.
Manage email lists and segment audiences to tailor messaging for higher engagement rates.
Social Media Engagement:
Monitor and engage with customers and followers on social media platforms.
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster a positive community and customer service experience.
Analytics:
Regularly track and analyze the performance of e-commerce sales, social media engagement, and email marketing campaigns.
Utilize insights to inform and adjust strategies for growth.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align digital content and promotions with broader company goals and campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce and social media management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
