Need nurses who work well as a team, are motivated, with a great work ethic, positive attitude and provide excellent bedside patient care.
We are seeking LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSES (LVN) OR REGISTERED NURSES (RN) licensed in Texas.
We pay $23 to $24 per hour depending on high acuity needs and shift differentials.
Must undergo routine background check.
LVN'S/RN'S to provide one on one nursing care to a child with special needs.
Our special patient has a gastrostomy tube, tracheostomy, and some are ventilator dependent, also depends on others for all ADL's.
We provide paid orientation and training as needed.
LVN/RN will be following a physician's plan of care, conduct daily and ongoing patient care assessments, administer prescribed medications, gavage feedings, respiratory treatments, and daily therapy as prescribed.
We stress the importance to teach, train, and involve family members in all aspects of care.
Electronic nursing documentation must be submitted daily.
Direct Deposit every 2 weeks.
Altomar provides an Ipad with training for our electronic online documentation.
Shifts needed are 8 am to 8 pm or 7 am to 7 pm every Friday, Saturday, Sunday or every Saturday & Sunday Current CPR certification Be able to work independently Have physical ability to walk, lift, hear, see and speak clearly Must be a team player yet comfortable working alone Location of patient:
