Product - Clearly understands the value of products available in store and can articulate their value to customers.
Maintains an awareness of all product promotions.
Communication - Comfortable communicating with customers and teammates.
Sell - Cross-sells products and introduces new products to better serve customers.
Contributes to store merchandising strategy and efforts.
Technology - Comfortable using the register to issue and manage receipts, refunds, change or tickets and redeem coupons.
Team player - Always friendly, helpful and personable to management and store team.
Always willing to take on any task that is assigned by management or store team.
Inventory - Assists with restocking, counting, floor moves and price changes.
Appearance - Ensures maintenance, appearance and cleanliness of store as well as keeps personal appearance above company standards.
Continuous improvement - Takes and participates in company training as assigned.
Company policy - Follows company policies properly and clarifies any questions on company policy for the store team.
Demonstrates company policy by example for the store.
Time management - Effectively uses time while in the store.
Assists customers, manager and store team as requested and looks for ways to improve the store during downtime.
