com We are looking for a qualified Property Manager to help us manage our Pecos camp and also assist with other corporate camps / single family houses through the west Texas and New Mexico markets! We are a fast growing company and looking for someone that's self driven and motivated to grow their career with us.
Position
Responsibilities:
Monthly reports Ensuring property is in line with market rents & market occupancy Properties are keeping up with preventative maintenance checklists Making sure work orders are all kept up to date Ensuring that housekeeping is keeping the property clean and well maintained Assisting property staff in keeping the property well maintained and residents fully satisfied Submitting all contractors, vendors, and W-9's to our corporate office Assisting with human resources to add employees when needed Online marketing, improving property ratings (Google), and website creation and upkeep Speaking with various corporate clients in the market to promote our brand Material inventory control Payroll Filing documents and paperwork Marketing to obtain potential new clients / tenants Various other day to day tasks that may pop up for our team Basically rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever it takes to ensure our team is happy and successful!
