19 an hour 11 days ago 11 days ago 11 days ago Prosperitus Solutions is searching for a dedicated individual to serve our warfighters and veterans and join our Sterile Supply Attendant Team located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, and its outlying clinics, located at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas.
Qualification Requirements:
CBSPD, CRCST, or military training program for sterile processing or surgical technician are required.
Must have at least 1 year of sterile processing technician experience within the last two years.
Must have experience in sterilizing surgical instruments and putting together surgical trays in a hospital setting.
BLS Certification is required Must be able to pass a criminal history background check Must be able to provide health and immunization records Tasks:
Disassemble, sterilize, decontaminate, and make minor repairs on surgical instruments.
Assemble instruments into specific cases using inventory/control lists and report missing/broken instruments.
Store, stock, and issue surgical instruments and supplies by preparing case carts in support of the MTFs surgical procedures.
Ensure decontamination/sterilization is accomplished in a timely manner.
Review schedule of upcoming surgeries and ensure that the appropriate instruments and supplies are available to surgical staff.
Hours:
Must be available to work ANY shift.
Shifts alternate every 3 months.
Includes morning, afternoon, evening and/or night shifts, and rotating weekends.
