Summary:
Provide expert product and technical assistance via telephone and e-mail for our Customers, Sales Representatives and Showroom/Store personnel.
Maintain complete knowledge of product collection, craftsmanship, options, and custom capabilities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Will act with a sense of urgency to answer product questions or inquires, handle complaints, troubleshoot product failures, and process warranty claims in a timely professional manner.
This dynamic individual must have a problem-solving, results oriented mindset acting as a liaison to facilitate solutions for our customers with accuracy and efficiency with a genuine excitement to serve.

Major Duties:
Manage large amounts of email and telephone traffic.
Facilitate customer inquiries professionally within Company guidelines.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Maintain complete knowledge of product collection, craftsmanship, options, and custom capabilities.
Provide product knowledge assistance to Customers, Sales Representatives and Showroom/Retail personnel.
Maintain detailed client order information.
Provide a timely and proper response to product/order inquiries.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits set by the company and follow up with customer to ensure resolution.
