Coordinate Scheduling - set up meetings for owner and company leadership, set up travel and other peripheral time.
Manage Communication - field phone calls, emails, text messages, social media DMs, etc.
and route to the appropriate team members.
Organize Internal Processes - build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.
REQUIREMENTS High school diploma Associates or bachelor's degree in business (preferred) > 1 year experience as an administrative/personal/executive assistant (preferred) Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive, high-energy attitude Resourceful, creative, and great at independent problem solving Familiarity with office technology (Apple computers, printers, routers, etc) Typing speed >50 wpm Excellent at spreadsheets Only qualified candidates that follow instructions on our website will be considered.
