The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to customers in a timely and safe manner.
The Delivery Driver must be able to read maps and follow directions, possess a valid driver's license, and have excellent customer service skills.
This position requires the ability to lift heavy packages and operate a delivery vehicle, so the ideal candidate must be physically fit and have experience driving in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
Operate a vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
Load and unload items from vehicle.
Follow delivery instructions and route maps.
Deliver packages to customers in a timely manner.
Communicate with customers and answer any questions they may have.
Maintain records of deliveries and pick-ups.
Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
