- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the front desk - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
