This will include providing admin and clerical support and assisting with various HR tasks and relevant projects.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assisting in job posting creation and distribution on various platforms.
Assist in job posting creations and distribution.
Screening applicants in various recruitment platforms.
Sending interview links and reviewing interviews in VidCruiter.
Coordination and follow up with management regarding interview ratings.
Follow up with candidate on next steps in process.
Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Preparing new hire paperwork and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Coordinating employee orientation programs and onboarding sessions.
Assisting with the setup of new employee workstations and resources.
Facilitating the introduction of new hires to the company culture and policies.
Employee Records Management:
Maintaining confidential and accurate HR records, including personnel files and databases Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and metrics as needed.
HR Project Support:
Providing support on various HR projects and initiatives.
Conducting research and gathering data as required.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICAITON REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in HR support preferred.
ADP software experience a plus.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:
Standing, walking, sitting, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion Requires the ability to occasionally lift items up to 20 pounds.
