ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ASSOCIATES Experts of customer service, who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring the product is displayed, explained and quoted fully and correctly.
The Customer Associate is the backbone of our company and is the first contact customers have and responsible for creating a smooth process.

Knowledge of customer service fundamentals and experience supporting a team of associates Experience in business fundamentals:
sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on all goals WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR This could be the company for you if:

You aren't looking for Monday thru Friday job where you are at a computer all day We are busy all day (especially on the weekends), making it easy for the customers to learn and understand our products efficiency and performance.

Welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members Learn and adapt and pivot to situations that may arise.
