Reporting to the Assistant CEO, the Hospital Facilities Director will oversee Plant Operations and the Ground Department as well as Environmental Services, Security, and the Communications Department.
The Hospital Facilities Director will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluating new and current employees.
In addition, the Hospital Facilities Director will oversee budgets, contracts, inventory and logistics, and business development.
The Hospital Facilities Director will use their extensive experience to make judgments and plans that align with the overall goals of the organization.
The ideal Hospital Facilities Director candidate will have 5-7 years of progressive management experience in Facilities Leadership.
