The Healthcare Recruiter will partner with Administrator/CEO's and Facility Hiring Managers to determine recruiting specifications and facilitate recruiting strategy.
This position is with a large Medical/Healthcare company and will be working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the facilities and services and organizational culture Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to find candidates through a variety of methods including complex Internet searches, social and professional networking groups, and the development of existing candidate relationships Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates for assigned positions Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications Identify and submit qualified candidates to hiring team based on the provided job description Coordinate schedules with office and clinical personnel to meet with qualified candidates Thoroughly vet candidates to ensure their interests and credentials align with our organization's needs Successfully negotiate compensation within budget parameters Actively participating in assisting incoming employees in their transition to our organization Healthcare Recruiter Requirements:
Experience with ATS 1 to 4 years' experience Clinical Recruiting Experience Basic computer knowledge such as MS Outlook, Excel and MS Word Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work/life experience.
