bed hospital is seeking a Manager of Hospital Facilities Management to join their team.
Hospital:
Level III trauma center, with full range of services including emergency care, cardiac care, women's services, pediatric care and NICU, cancer care, and more.
Job Summary - Supervise 8 FTEs.
Responsible for the planning, organizing, managing and controlling of the engineering program for all hospital facilities.
Responsible for the areas of building infrastructure systems, grounds, plant equipment operations, quality assurance, plant preventive maintenance, electrical safety, maintenance and repair requests, and repair parts purchases.
You will plan, organize, manage and control operations of the Engineering Department.
You will be responsible for the facility preventive maintenance program.
You will responsible for the facilities electrical safety program.
You will establish and update engineering policies and procedures.
Experience you will need :
Must have experience working in engineering or facilities departments within a healthcare setting, 3
years at least.
Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager, preferred Education:
AS Degree in a Technical Field, Required - Candidates with an Associate of Science will have a Texas State Journeyman's Electrical or Plumbing License.
