Mesilla Valley Transportation is hiring a Human Resources Clerk in El Paso, TX! The HR Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support and performing a variety of Human Resources functions.
Performs routine clerical duties and maintains files and records.
Responsibilities:
Answers frequently asked questions from employees.
Responds to employment verifications.
Calculates and submits driver vacation hours.
Processes required paperwork for new hire driver orientation, driver transfers, driver pay increases, and other related driver employment matters.
Enters new hire drivers in the system and reports to corresponding agencies.
Terminates drivers in the system and reports to corresponding agencies.
Maintains and stores records of personnel files.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Preferred).
One year of human resources supports experience.
Bilingual in English & Spanish (Preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
