Job Title D3I Domain 2 - Training Support Specialist Location El Paso, TX 79901 US (Primary) Job Description In preparation for contract task order bid and potential win, Torch Technologies, a 100% employee owned company, is looking to identify capable candidates.
Candidates with incumbent experience are urged to apply.
The successful candidate will provide Distributed Mission Operations and Distributed Digital Training support for Air Defense Artillery (ADA) systems.
This includes operational training, wargame, exercise and event training support.
The candidate should have a strong background in live, virtual and constructive modeling and simulation.
Experience assessing doctrine, Concepts of Operation (CONOPS) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) is highly desired.
Specific experience supporting Patriot, SHORAD/Avenger/Manpads, ADAFCO, and/or NASAMs training preferred.
The candidate is required to have experience with one or more of the following tools:
RT3, FFEADS, RTOS, and AME.
Direct experience supporting the Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) for ARNG ADA units is highly desired.
Job Requirements A minimum of 5 years related experience is required and A Bachelors degree is desired, however substitution with applicable training and additional experience will be considered for the degree Position requires a minimum of an active SECRET clearance and may require up to a Top Secret/SCI clearance to access classified information.
A Top Secret/SCI is highly desired.
Inability to maintain or upgrade to a required security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.
