Summary:
The Radiology department Registered Nurse is a professional nurse who coordinates the delivery of nursing care for the patient having invasive radiologic procedure.
The Radiology Department Registered Nurse demonstrates knowledge in accessing, planning and coordinating the care of these patients.
The Radiology RN participates in patient and family teaching, provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting Education Required:
Graduate of an accredited School of NursingPreferred:
Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree) Experience Required:
1 year RN experience.
Certifications Required:
Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
