The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as an automotive quick lube technician with high quality vehicle maintenance and repair experience who can maintain, repair and deliver vehicles while providing exceptional service to customers.
This candidate should feel confident working independently or in a team environment.
Technicians with an ASE certificate are highly encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standardsTest-drives vehicles and tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentDiagnoses, maintains, and repairs automotive transmissions and related systemsCommunicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed, providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecutes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsWillingness to learn with hands-on trainingPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsQuick Lube service experience preferred, but not requiredAble to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehiclesMust have a positive, friendly attitude with a proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfactionExcellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staffAble to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as neededAbility to learn new technology and all repair and service procedures and specificationsAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentMust exhibit personal and professional integrityUnrestricted driver's license and clean driving recordBENEFITS Competitive Pay Paid Training Strong Mentorship Program Ongoing Training and Education Employee Purchase and Service Discounts Paid Vacation Full benefits options including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and Accident Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan State of the Art Facility with a Professional Working Environment Recommended Skills Automotive Industry Curiosity Customer Satisfaction Friendliness Interpersonal Skills Professional Attitude Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
