Staff Up To $10,000 Sign On Bonus for Experienced RN Summary The Charge Registered Nurse / RN is a professional nurse who coordinates the delivery of nursing care.
The Charge Registered Nurse / RN participates in patient and family teaching, provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
Aligned with Nursing Unit Leadership, the Charge Registered Nurse / RN coordinates the delivery of nursing care and provides leadership by working cooperatively with medical, ancillary and support staff in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing BLS Certification Current RN / Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Texas or compact state ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification-RNs with more than 1 year of experience should obtain certification within 6 months of hire; new RN/GN, within 12 months of hire ACLS preferred Demonstrated proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge and skills #LI-EL1 Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
