Schedule meetings and manage calendars Answer phone calls and emails and take messages Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings Help with daily time management Run errands as requested Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation Coordinate events and speaking engagements Draft correspondence such as emails and letters _
Qualifications:
_- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks - Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Suite - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment with a variety of responsibilities.
