Our El Paso branch is looking for a new Operational Care Representative to join our Sea Logistics team.

Your Role You will be Reporting to the National Sea Logistics Operational Care Manager.
The Operational Care Representative will ensure that our internal customers' experience is a positive one every time they engage with the Operational Care Center.
Specifically, the Operational Care Representative is part of a team within Operational Care Center (OCC), who are responsible for direct interaction with the Customer Care Locations (CCL), proactive customer service follow up, and interaction with our customer service colleagues.
Your Responsibilities You will keep files related to all sea import and export shipments you are responsible for.
You will collaborate with Kuehne+Nagel employees in our more than 1,300 offices globally.
You will always challenge status quo when it comes to process improvement and cost control.
You will be responsible for process all files within given Service level agreements while following all Kuehne+Nagel policy and procedures.
You will oversee Kuehne+Nagel's latest technology for Sea Logistics operations.
You will oversee finance for Sea Logistics operations.
You will be responsible for oversee communications platforms for Sea Logistics operations.
Your Skills and Experiences No freight forwarding experience necessary.
An obsession with customer service.
You won't be satisfied with anything less than perfect.
A desire to work in a modern, collaborative environment where teamwork is important to your everyday success.
