Job Description The mailroom associate is responsible for printing and shipping payment checks via mail to Utility Companies, Municipalities, Code Violations department and Cash for Relocation to Occupants.
Additional responsibilities include providing support to Trelix department by processing verification orders for borrowers, processing and shipping confidential documents and forms.
The associate reviews, sorts and logs all incoming and outgoing mail for all departments; distributing correspondence to correct department.
Handles and monitors time sensitive outbound and inbound mail.
The mailroom associate tracks all shipments and deliveries; perform clerical duties including but not limited to data entry, scanning, printing and filing; keeps internal inventory of all shipping supplies.
This is an excellent introduction to the overall corporation.
The mail associate has opportunity to learn about and interact with a wide variety of people and departments.
