Some kind of analytical customer service exp is preferred.
This is NOT a retail position.
This IS a supply chain position in a warehouse.
Pay depends on experience, background and success of interview.
Most new hires will start at $16.
00 and work up from there.
We are in the automotive industry moving car harnesses and electronic components for the same.
MAIN Responsibility:
Viewing, compiling and analyzing customer releases, creating shipping orders, making necessary adjustments and sending ASNs.
Must also maintain customer web-based applications and completing all documentation.
Daily interaction/communication with external OEM and PIA customers.
A highly multi-tasking positions with lots of activities occurring at the same time.
Schedule is Mon-Fri, 10am-7pm.
1Hour lunch.
Minimal overtime but be flexible.
You are on call on a rotating schedule with 7 other analysts to include weekends.
Position is located on the East side of El Paso off of Rojas Drive.
Resume is required to show experience and establish an interview.
Bilingual in Spanish highly desired.
We deal with a lot of Spanish-speaking clientele.
MUST be proficient on Excel and full MS Office suite.
Must have great email etiquette.

Associates degree preferred but will consider other based on experience.
Skill Advanced Level in the areas of:
Writing and verbal communication; judgment & decision making; time management; organizational; customer service On call 24/7 and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
