Experienced in providing excellent customer service and an extremely detailed individual is highly preferred.
We are seeking a confidant, aggressive, forward-thinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast-paced environment who can actively handle a heavy work load.
Candidates should be capable of working with executives at the corporate office and personnel in the field, in a professional manner.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Proficient to expert Excel skills with the drive and ability to develop into an excel expert level Strong data analytics and experience in turning data into actionable information Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects at once Well organized and able to generate ideas to reduce operating costs and improve productivity Ability to work in a fast-paced and at times intense environment Duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop and produce daily, weekly, quarter and annual reports for management Creating/Maintaining accurate data on spreadsheets and reports Review quotes and invoices Maintain executive's information flow and perform ad-hoc activities Develop and maintain work flow processes for purchasing and facilities organizations #Admin Job Type:
